We do not collect any personal information about you when you visit our website. If you contact us through the website, we will keep your contact details safe and we do not share them with anybody. Any personal information on a booking form that you fill in is not stored within the websites IP address (GDPR compliant). We will only use your details to provide you with the service you have purchased, we will not use your details to send you unsolicited emails, newsletters or offers.

This website does not use cookies (how refreshing!). You can browse away to your hearts content, and we will not know about it.

This can have a downside though – if you are part way through a form and you think you have submitted it – we will not be able to see it. If you have not had a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting a booking form – please resubmit.

We will store your details safely in order to deliver the service you have purchased, and will keep it stored securely for up to 3 tax years. After this time, it will be safely destroyed.

You have a right to know what data we hold about you. You can request access to your data via email – Distaff and Loom will reply to your request within seven days of receipt of the request. You also have the right to request that your data is deleted from our files – we will comply with your request within seven days of receipt of the request.
